General Review Meetings will be organized every 6 months. They will be chaired by the EC Representative and include expert reviewers appointed by the Commission.

Prior to every review, a Periodic Progress Report will be prepared and formally sent to the Commission, together with a Cost Statement, covering the last six months period. It will supplied the following information:

• Executive summary
• Status of work and Achievements
• Completed activities
• Started activities
• Deliverables
• Adherence to workplan
• Deviations versus baseline
• Corrections of workplan if necessary
• Resources employed
• Project Management and cooperation issues
• Information dissemination and links to third-parties
• Marketing activities
• Conclusion

The following timetable indicates the schedule and main emphasis of the Periodic Progress Reports and Reviews in COSY.

Completion of Requirements Generation Phase. This review will also report on the cooperation links and work practices that have been established among the partners in COSY. It will present the initial common/separate exploitation plans of the project partners		6	D6.1.1
Completion of Specification Phase. This review will present the general specification of COSY		12	D6.1.2
Mid-term of Implementation Phase. This review will follow the 1st COSY Workshop. It will notably analyze the links with other projects and potential users/suppliers of the COSY methodology.		18	D6.1.3
Completion of Implementation Phase. This review will analyze in details the technical achievements and the integration level of the tools and aspects of the COSY platform.		24	D6.1.4
Completion of Demonstration Phase and Final Review. This fifth and final review will analyze the results of the field-trials of COSY by the system designers of Philips and Siemens. It will present the final exploitation/commercialisation plan of project results by the project partners.		30	D6.1.5
